2. Online Shop Purchases:

• Users may request a return for digital products purchased from the online shop within 5 days of purchase.
• Returns are subject to review and approval.
• Grounds for Refund:
• Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:
• Defective digital products.
• Digital products not as described.
