Quran Education is paramount

The Holy Quran, Allah’s final revelation to humanity, underscores the worship of one God. From the dawn of human history, Allah has chosen prophets among humans, revealing divine guidance to dissuade people from polytheism and advocate the exclusive worship of Allah. The overarching theme of these divine teachings across ages has been the imperative to “Worship one Allah and do not associate anyone with Him.”

In this continuous sequence of divine communication, Allah revealed the Holy Quran to His last prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him). Muhammad, recognizing the pivotal role of Quranic education, advocated it as a cornerstone of Islamic learning. He encouraged a profound understanding of foundational concepts and promoted regular recitation sessions to strengthen the connection between believers and the Quran.

The fundamental lesson of the Quran is the worship of one God without associating partners. What distinguishes the guidance received by Hazrat Muhammad is its universality. While previous prophetic teachings were confined to specific eras and nations, Muhammad’s message transcends these boundaries, addressing the world and all nations until the Day of Judgment. This universality underscores the Holy Quran’s comprehensiveness, completeness, and protection from any form of alteration. Consequently, studying the Quran becomes a sacred duty for every Muslim, offering not only spiritual rewards but also guiding individuals towards the best way to live. The Quran serves as a beacon, illuminating life’s paths and bringing believers closer to Allah and His straight path.

Whoever recites one letter from the Holy Qur’an, there is one good deed in return for him, and this good deed is equal to ten good deeds.  Alif-laam-meem is not a letter, but Alif is a separate letter, Lam is a separate letter and Meem is a separate letter.
